BD3339 Bangladesh Account Terms
1. Account Creation
Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be Bangladesh resident
- Must have valid Bangladesh mobile number
- Must provide accurate personal information
One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
Registration requires:
- Full legal name (matching NID/Passport)
- Bangladesh mobile number (must match bKash/Nagad)
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Password (minimum 8 characters)
2. Account Security
Your responsibilities:
- Keep your password confidential
- Do not share your account with anyone
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Log out after each session on shared devices
Our responsibilities:
- Encrypt your password (we cannot see it)
- Monitor for suspicious login attempts
- Lock account after multiple failed login attempts
- Notify you of unusual activity
3. Account Verification
Levels of verification:

5. Account Balance
Real money balance:

- Deposits credited after payment confirmation
Bonus balance:

- Cannot be withdrawn directly

Pending balance:
- Unsettled bets
- Processing withdrawals
6. Self-Exclusion
