BD3339 Bangladesh Account Terms

1. Account Creation

Eligibility:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be Bangladesh resident
  • Must have valid Bangladesh mobile number
  • Must provide accurate personal information

One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Registration requires:

  • Full legal name (matching NID/Passport)
  • Bangladesh mobile number (must match bKash/Nagad)
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Password (minimum 8 characters)

2. Account Security

Your responsibilities:

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Do not share your account with anyone
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Log out after each session on shared devices

Our responsibilities:

  • Encrypt your password (we cannot see it)
  • Monitor for suspicious login attempts
  • Lock account after multiple failed login attempts
  • Notify you of unusual activity

3. Account Verification

4. Account Restrictions

Dormant accounts:
