BD3339 Bangladesh Terms & Conditions
1. Account Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register and use BD3339 Bangladesh.
Bangladesh residents only. We verify your location and identity through:
- Bangladesh mobile number (bKash/Nagad registered number)
- National ID (NID) or Passport for KYC
- IP address verification
One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. Registration Rules
Required information:
- Full name (must match NID/Passport)
- Bangladesh mobile number
- Valid email address
- Date of birth (proof of 18+)
Your mobile number must match your bKash/Nagad account. Number mismatch will block deposits and withdrawals.
Account verification: You will receive an OTP to your mobile. Complete verification within 10 minutes or registration expires.
3. Deposit Rules
Accepted methods:
- bKash (min 100 BDT, max 25,000 BDT per transaction)
- Nagad (min 100 BDT, max 25,000 BDT per transaction)
- Rocket (min 200 BDT, max 20,000 BDT per transaction)
- Bank Transfer (min 1,000 BDT, max 100,000 BDT)
Processing time: 5-15 minutes after correct instruction for MFS methods.
Number mismatch policy: Your payment account number must match your registered BD3339 mobile number. Mismatched transactions may be rejected.
Failed deposits: If your deposit fails, funds return to your payment account. Contact support if not received within 24 hours.
4. Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal: 500 BDT
Maximum withdrawal: 50,000 BDT per request
Processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on method, KYC status, and queue volume.
KYC requirement: You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Submit NID or Passport copy through your account dashboard.
Pending withdrawals: If your withdrawal is pending beyond 24 hours, check:
KYC status (must be approved)
Mobile number match (must match payment account)
Wagering requirements (if bonus was used)
Account details accuracy
5. Bonus Terms (Summary)
Welcome Bonus: 100% first deposit bonus up to 10,000 BDT.
Registration Bonus: 33 BDT trial reward on signup.

6. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
- Open multiple accounts
- Use VPN to mask your location
- Provide false identity documents
- Exploit system errors or bugs
- Use automated betting software
- Collude with other players
- Engage in money laundering
- Share your account with others
Violation consequences: Account suspension, fund forfeiture, permanent ban.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
We may suspend your account if:
- KYC documents are not provided within 30 days
- Suspicious activity is detected
- Multiple accounts are found
- Terms violation is confirmed
You may close your account:
- Contact support via live chat or email
- Pending withdrawals will be processed first
- Remaining balance will be returned via your last deposit method
8. Limitation of Liability
- BD3339 is not responsible for losses due to internet connectivity issues
- We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials
- Maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account
- We reserve the right to void bets placed in error
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
